While the College welcomes applications from non-Catholic families, it must be remembered that its first enrolment priority is to students from Catholic Parishes. It is important to note that ɫʮ has ten Priority Parishes that enrolment is prioritised by. Letters of offer for 2026 will be mailed to the student's residential address, leaving the College in October 2024. ɫʮ only accepts applications for enrolment in the child's Grade 5 year.
When enrolments close, the College Registrar and Principal spend time going through the applications and share lists with neighbouring Catholic Secondary Colleges (as instructed by MACS). This process ensures that each Catholic child only receives one offer from a Catholic secondary school. Letters of offer and/or non-offer will be sent to the student's residential address in December of your child's Grade 5 year.
Should an applicant be offered a place, there is a period of two weeks in which to accept the offer. To accept the offer, families need to complete the Enrolment Contract, Supplementary Enrolment paperwork, agree to the Terms and Conditions of enrolment as outlined in the letter of offer and pay the Capital Development Levy of $350 in full.
In the case where an applicant is not offered enrolment, should they wish to be placed on a waiting list, they need to return the appropriate paperwork to the College as soon as possible.
Once a place has been secured, further important dates for both parents and students will be forwarded in due course.

Choosing the right school for your child is an important decision. Aquinas provides a range of opportunities for families to experience the College. Tours are generally held once a month starting at 9.30am and concluding at approximately 11.30am. They consist of a brief introduction by the College Principal or Deputy Principal followed by a tour of our facilities conducted by student ambassadors while classes are in progress.
Please note that tours tend to book out long before the date of the tour, so be sure to secure your place early. The week prior to your tour an email will be sent to confirm your attendance. Numbers on tours are kept low to ensure the informality of the occasion, therefore bookings are essential. Private tours are not available.
Bookings are essential for College tours

Quotes of compassion are woven through the mural, celebrating the efforts of students and staff during key initiatives like the Winter Sleepout, Tinnies for Vinnies and the Aquinas Long Walk. This Mural will serve as a lasting reminder of the compassion and care that define the Aquinas Spirit.
